What is required to make a reservation?

When you find the house of your choice you can either book the property on-line or speak to one of our Reservationists at 1-800-592-5568. When making your reservation all we require is a 1-Night Rental deposit that is a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance is processed 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point. Please note if the final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date.

Do you offer group rates and planning?

Yes we do, please indicate the type of group and how many people you will need to accommodate when calling.

When is check-in & check-out time?

Your home will be available for Check-in at 4:00 p.m. An early check-in can be coordinated for an additional fee. If the property has a check-out the day of your arrival we will not be able to coordinate an early check-in.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room, so please help us prepare for our next guest by being on time.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are from 8:30 am to 12:00 a.m. Monday thru Sunday (we do close for lunch mid-afternoon on Sunday). If you arrive after hours, you are also able to check in from our lock box in the front of the office. When you receive your confirmation information there will key instructions included for the lock box. If you check out after hours there is a key return there as well.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?

Yes, at an additional charge of 7% of your total.

Your Travel Insurance payment will be processed when you reserve your vacation home. If you do not include Travel Insurance when you reserve your home you will have up to 30 days before your arrival to purchase Travel Insurance.

How many people are allowed to stay in each home?

By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

The following outlines the maximum occupancy for each home, unless otherwise posted:

  • 2 bedroom sleeps maximum of 6
  • 3 bedroom sleeps maximum of 8
  • 4 bedroom sleeps maximum of 10
  • 5 bedroom sleeps maximum of 12
  • 6 bedroom sleeps maximum of 14
  • 7 bedroom sleeps maximum of 16
  • Are the pools heated?

    ALL STAR Vacation Homes is now offering Free Pool & Spa Heat with any reservation made after January 1, 2006.

    You will receive a pool heat addendum with your confirmation package, which states that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. The Management Company will do everything in their power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.

    The community pool where the condos and resort homes are located is heated when the temperature dictates the need.

    Do you allow pets?

    Although we at ALL STAR are all pet lovers, we cannot allow pets in any of the homes or condos.

    Is there air conditioning and heat?

    Yes, all of our homes and condos have central air and heat.

    Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the vacation homes and condos?

    Yes, every vacation home, town home and condo has a fully equipped kitchen including:

    • Refrigerator
    • Stove
    • Microwave
    • Dishwasher
    • Blender
    • Coffee Maker
    • Toaster
    • Electric Can Opener
    • Electric Mixer
    • Pots & Pans
    • Dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils
    • Washer and Dryer
    • Iron and ironing board
    • Vacuum Cleaner, Broom and Dust Pan

    Is there a telephone at the vacation homes?

    Yes, there is a telephone at every vacation home or condo. Local calls are free and long distance calls require a calling card or credit card number for usage. The telephone number to the property is not given until the morning of check-in.

    What is considered a master bedroom?

    A master bedroom will have: a king or queen size bed, TV, nightstand, dresser or chest or armoire, and private access to a bathroom. Some master bedrooms may also offer additional bathroom access from the hall.

    Are linens and towels provided?

    Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each home. All bedding is provided and towels are supplied at twice the maximum occupancy.

    Are the vacation homes cleaned daily?

    No, the vacation home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request Mid-stay clean at an additional charge.

    A Mid-stay clean includes: washing all sheets and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuum and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products.

    Are there cleaning supplies?

    We do not leave any chemicals in the home but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, dishwasher, iron and ironing board in the property. There are starter paper products in the home, however you will be responsible for your other needs there after.

    Starter Products:

    • 1 roll of paper towels
    • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
    • 1 sink soap and 1 shower soap per bathroom
    • (1) 2 oz. liquid dish soap
    • 1 packet of dishwasher soap
    • 1 trash bag for every day of your stay
    Our 5 Star Vacation Homes receive the following in each bathroom in addition to the list above:

    • Shampoo
    • Conditioner
    • Bath Salt
    • Kleenex

    Are the properties Non-Smoking?

    Yes, all of our properties are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.
